Leasing Analytics, LLC (“Leasing Analytics”) was founded in 2016 by Chad Calkins, a real estate and accounting professional with over 15 years of experience. Based in Colorado, Leasing Analytics is a boutique provider of commercial real estate, lease administration, and business consulting services. We work with companies of all sizes, focusing on all major real estate types, sizes, and asset classes.
Chad started his career in public accounting, and has subsequently worked as an Accounting Manager, Assistant Controller, and Controller at multiple privately held and publicly-traded real estate companies. He has a BBA in Accounting from Boise State University and an MBA from the University of Colorado, Denver. Chad holds active CPA licenses in Colorado and Idaho.
